OUR POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wonderprintsera.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the customized nature of some of the custom products we produce at Wonder Prints Era, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Your custom item is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your loved ones.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
FAULTY OR WRONG PRODUCT?
We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective / damaged / mis-printed product. If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service team at support@wonderprintsera.com along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. Our customer service team will review your request and send out replacement item as fast as possible.
Wonder Prints Era will cover all associated shipping costs in the event of a faulty product or an order error on our behalf.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour after placing your order. Our staff will likely have started working on your order by the 1 hour mark, and therefore we are unable to cancel.
