What carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS for reliable and trackable delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 First item + $2.99 Per additional Item
- Express Shipping: $10.99 First item + $8.99 Per additional Item
How long does delivery take?
Our jerseys are made to order, so production time is about 3 business days (max 5).
After that:
- Standard Shipping takes 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping takes 1–3 business days
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
While we aim to meet all delivery windows, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors like order volume or carrier delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can prioritize it.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order has shipped—typically within 3–5 business days after ordering.
What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delays may occur due to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for updates. If issues persist, contact us at support@wonderprintsera.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International customers may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
U.S. customers will not be charged any customs duties or import taxes.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us ASAP at support@wonderprintsera.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to fix it. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be changed.
What if my package was marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping location is secure and monitored.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION
How do I know my order was successful?
All orders that have been successfully placed and are making their way through our packing stages will be accompanied by an order confirmation directly via email. This should pop through within the hour of purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folders so do not forget to look in there!
When will my order get sent out?
Depending on the level of personalization in your product will vary the time it takes to be produced. Generally orders are processed and ready to be shipped in 3 business days, up to a maximum of 5.
Working days means no weekends, so if the order was placed on a Friday night, the clock doesn’t start until Monday morning. The same applies with public holidays.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we’ve likely started production and changes may not be possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Contact support@wonderprintsera.com to begin a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Are personalized items returnable?
Unfortunately, all products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Each piece is made uniquely for you, so we can’t resell them.
What if I receive the wrong or a faulty item?
We’ll make it right. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@wonderprintsera.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
We’ll review your claim and send a replacement free of charge. Shipping costs are covered if the error is on our end.
