Care Guide

With the right care, your Wonder Prints Era apparel will keep its colors bold and its prints looking sharp wash after wash. Here’s how to keep your gear fresh and ready for every wear.

Check the Care Label First

Every piece has a care tag with the best cleaning instructions for that specific fabric. DTG-printed garments are usually 100% cotton or cotton blends, so cold water is your best friend, and high heat is your worst enemy.

Before You Wash

  • Turn it inside out – This protects the printed design from friction

  • Use cold water & a gentle cycle – Prevents fading and keeps fabric soft

  • Avoid fabric softeners – They coat the fibers and can dull the print

  • Use mild detergent – Harsh soaps can weaken the print and fabric

Dealing with Odors

For extra freshness:

  1. Add 1 cup of white vinegar to your wash (in the bleach compartment if available)

  2. Add detergent and run a cold cycle

  3. For stubborn smells, sprinkle ½ cup of baking soda directly in with the wash

Pre-Treating Stains

  1. Mix 1 cup vinegar + 1 cup water + 1 tbsp baking soda

  2. Soak the stained area for 30 minutes

  3. For tougher marks, make a paste of vinegar and baking soda, gently rub with a soft toothbrush, and let it sit before washing

Drying Your Apparel

  • Air dry whenever possible – Hang or lay flat to keep shape and print quality

  • If using a dryer, tumble-dry low

  • Never iron directly over prints – If needed, iron inside out on low heat

What Not to Do

  • Don’t wash with lint-heavy items like towels

  • Don’t use bleach unless it’s non-chlorine and absolutely necessary

  • Don’t dry clean

  • Don’t overload with detergent—it can leave residue

A Clean Tee = A Happy Tee
By following these steps, your Wonder Prints Era sweatshirt or T-shirt will stay soft, vibrant, and ready to rep your style—whether you’re at the game, out with friends, or lounging at home.
